spacious villas and helpful staff

big condo well equipped kitchen helpful staff
i found that our condo was very big and comfortable. the kitchen had everything i needed to prepare our meals. we also enjoyed several of the pools. the staff was nice and helpful.
the wifi was very weak and hardly worked when i tried to connect. the cell reception was not great either. better wifi would have been nice for us.

the villa includes two separate bedrooms it also includes a full kitchen and a spacious living area that was ideal for our family to relax in the evenings after a day at the parks.

family pool water park unreliable service old furniture
I liked the pools for families. i really loved the water park. My kids spent most of our days there. it was nice to have a kitchen in the room, so we didn't have to eat out every meal. the resort had many activities, it kept us busy.
The shuttle service was not reliable, it took a long time. we had to wait over an hour for a bus to arrive. It made us late. the rooms are not very updated, the furniture looks very old. some of the appliances didn't work well either.

The resort offers multiple pools for swimming. I saw staff monitoring pool activities. there are also gift shops on the premises. checking in was quick.
the front desk service was a little slow at times though
